I got this girl off craigslist...was told it was a hypo-HOG do you guys think this is true? not sure what it is...thanks for the help....

She looks to be a hypo x hog cross.
It's hard to tell with first gen crosses,
but I do see some hog influence in her...

Hog crosses, in general, are pretty undesirable. There are a few that are deemed attractive by the masses, but those are in the minority and even they won't bring in much money. The undesirables (the majority) will bring in almost nothing. In fact, depending on how they turn out, you may end up having to keep a large number of them because no one may want them and you won't be able to sell them or even give them away.

If you're dead set on breeding boas, I'd start off with breeding-quality stock instead of pet-stock. Just my personal opinion.

JB pretty much nailed it. Don't breed just to breed but if you have intentions on breeding. I would recommend breeding two high quality animals that are gonna have a litter of boas in which are gonna be hard to sell solely because they are glowing with beauty. Just my $.02.
