CB: Captive Bred (could be from WC parents)
CBB: Captive Bred Baby (a baby from cb parents)
WC: Wild Caught
LTC: Long term Captivity (aka WC that has been Captive for a while)

Any others?

You are right on most of them except cbb. cbb stands for captive born and bred. Also there is c.h. which reflects hatching of a baby from wild caught parents. Basically the same as c.b. but more often used for animal hatched in farms.
