Awesome! That always a good reason to call up the Captain.

Yessssir Douglas!!
Joe
Gerard, you are right, and I look for ANY reason!!! LOL
Joe
this moment for the last two hours... but it's Bacardi and Pepsi.
Spiced Rum? Really guys?
Gerry
BTW... Congrats Joe!
LOL. We all have our favorites Gerry. I prefer the Capt., but I do take it in the 100 proof version. Does that help? ):
Joe
Captain is smooth and nice...Bacardi is like a shot of bad Vodka.
Try Captain...you'll never go back!!!

Try Bacardi with Gingerale, you will go back every once in awhile.

I drink rum and coke and I can't taste the difference between Cap'n and bacardi in it. I can if I'm drinking straight but I don't do that much anymore.

We wouldn't have 6 and a half billion people if you had to be beautiful to get laid.
I LOVE Captain...silver is my most recent favorite...it's good mixed with just a splash of coke!
I don't have any milks that are this picky, but I'm dealing with a Western Hog that has and continues to be more than a challenge!
Speaking of Captain, here's a recent picture of me with him at Gasparilla in Tampa, Fl.

It's a great time if anyone is in the Tampa area, usually the end of January.

Gasparilla Info
Love that picture Rusty!! LOL. Yeah, I love it too. My wife is starting to think I have a drinking problem. I say the only problem is when the bottle is empty and I dont have another!!!!
I went to it two years ago when I develped an allergy to beer. Crazy, but true. Glad I tried it. I have never like a drink so much. I have to give the silver a try.
Joe
.......your killin' me man!!!!, I can't stop freakin laughing!..HAHAHA!!!
I wasn't expecting that at all when I clicked on the post. I started bustin' out loud bro!..LMAO!!!!
That one's right up there with you wrestling around with the gator on the golf course....

"a snake in the grass is a GOOD thing"
No doubt Joe it is a great feeling. I have only one holdout now myself that is getting tails - a stubborn temporalis.
That one is a beauty by the way!
Thanks Dave. I like her too!! I have just discovered that if I leave the tails overnight in the water and let them get nice and soggy, the snakes take them much easier and dont try to spit them out. Finicky little bastards!! I knew you would appreciate the "feeling" of seeing that big lump.

Interesting observation Joe, I've never heard of anyone doing tails quite like that. I'll give it a try.
-Dell
Dell, it was discovered by mistake of course. I forgot them and the next day used them. They seem to work much better that way for some reason.
Joe
Oh, and the other tailing trick, that I am sure most of you know anyway, is to touch their tails when putting them down, making them crawl forward will keep them from spitting the tail out. They cannot spit it out while moving forward and start to swallow it.
Joe
Sort of like "aged beef" being very tender and tasty..LOL!..

and a pint of IPA as a back haha!
Congrats on the feeding...I know the feeling...nothing beats having a stubborn eater finally, finally take an unscented!
Thanks Zach. I agree.
Joe
Great looking syspila Joe, congratulations on getting it to eat.
Cole and I would celebrate with a cigar and Gin and tonic.
-Dell

I'll join in with a stogie Terry.
Great looking milk Joe! Glad it finally ate for you.

Randy Whittington
Randy, I'd smoke any one of those cigars. Very nice.
My friend Ryan w/ the perfect ash.
-Dell

Hey Dell, those are not "seeds" I see in that "cigar" are they? LOL. I am not a cigar man so forgive the question, but is having an ash like that a sign of a good cigar?
Joe
Joe, it's a sign that the cigar is rolled well and with high-quality tobaccos. Everyone likes a nice, tight ash... even those of us who are a "little rough around the edges" so to speak.

I like that pic. That is the exact expression they will get from me when they pass crazy laws and TRY to come take my snakes and or guns.
Joe
Dell got it after he made me pose with this mighty fish:

Joe
Cole, I have been slapped before for telling a girl she had a tight ash.

Oh yea!! That's one of those cigars that after smoking you wish you knew the roller personally so you could thank him and buy him a drink. Also out of a stable humidor.

Randy Whittington
Thanks Randy.
Joe
Thanks. And I will take the syspila as a compliment on that LTT!!! LOL. She does look like a red doesn't she.
Joe
lol I started to say nice eastern but after reading Terry's response first I started to question myself so I just said nice milk because I know Terry knows his NA milks better than me.
-----
Randy Whittington
Really? That's a L. triangulum triangulum, wow, I've never seen one so bright and brick red before. Very nice, no wonder you're so happy it ate for you.
-Dell
I was thinking it was a syspila or temporalis as well, always great to find that they took an unscented for the first time, and all your frustrating days are over with that one anyway.
Cheers
LOL. Yeah, made me very happy. She was the best of my two hatches and really stood out in the crowd.
Joe
That's awesome, Joe!
Tim
Oh yeah, and Crown Royal is my drink of choice as of late.
Thanks Tim. Crown is a little on the hard side for me. But I am working up to it!!
Joe
Stunning animal - congrats on getting a solid meal in the critter! I'd have a drink with you if I were a few miles closer. Pretty much anything will do, and I'm a fiend for rum... and gin... and especially BEER! I'd probably have a cigar, too.
Dell, myself, and Ryan about 6 or 8 years ago.

Great photo Cole. Yeah, I am sure if you guys were closer we would have some nice sit downs with the alcohol. I can't drink beer any longer
so I had to take up sailing with the pirate. I do love him though!! He has been a great friend in times of hardship and times of celebration!!
Joe
No beer?! That'd be the end of me, man! LOL At least you found a suitable substitute!
