My New Mex Mex

Jlassiter Feb 12, 2012 10:47 PM

I've been working on line breeding mex mex for striping and have done well for a few generations......I was lucky to find this one on Brian Barczyk's table the Arlington, TX NARBC show this weekend....She'll fit in to the breeding plans great......and she's from the granite line to boot....

Not a great pic but it's late and I'm tired.....lol

That one's well started on the stripe. I'm sure there's no way you could have just passed on it. Some snakes we just have to have. lol

Hi John,
look`s like you got fresh blood for your "striped"mex-mex project, good luck with the girl.
Is she from 2011?
Have you seen more cool lampropeltis at the show?

Thanks Michael...
Yes she's a 2011, but there weren't many colubrids at all at the show....Too many BPs, boas and other pythons........

Good thing Don Shores, Don Soderberg, Mike Price, Jim Sargent and a few others were there to show off some colubrids......

But....I did see A LOT of people buying (colubrids, boids and lizards) so that is a good sign....
