Some outside pics

a153fish Feb 17, 2012 03:22 PM

It was over cast today so I thought I'd take some outside pics. It was harder than I had remembered it to be, lol. These guys were full of vigor and wanted nothing more than to be free!

Pinellas County- first 4 pics are the male, then the female.

It's a pair, I hope they speckled out some as they grow, but even now the pics don't really do them justice. They are much better in person. Hope your having some good luck?

Those look pretty badass, even without the speckling. Those that I've raised up didn't really show any significant speckling until they got about 3 feet long. It just slowly creeps in.

I'm hoping to improve the line some, so that they speckle out earlier and more consistently.

I'm happy with them! They are growing leaps and bounds too. I can see some speckling starting to push through, it doesn't show up on the pics.

Yeah Doug, I have actually held food back, cause I'm afraid they will explode! They never refuse a meal, and they don't try to eat my fingers either. They are well mannered serpents, lol.

The parents were more of a straw color, so they may still have some transforming to do.
