Herpstat Pro vs. Herpstat 4

So what are the differences between the two of these? I am leaning toward the Herpstat Pro because it is being discontinued and is cheaper now. I have used it before so I like them. I just didn't know if the Herpstat 4 is much better.

So are the grounded plugs that important. I see folks say you can't use the pro on a metal rack. Is that true or just being overly safe?
