A good case for clean and colorful Hogggggg (couldn't resist) boas like these lesser speckled neonates below could be made for them being possibly more true to type due to the initial collection of these boas from the wild focusing on the most colorful boas. It seems a common assumption that more drab and speckled boas are more likely truer to wild type. I don't know but it's fun stuff to consider and a friend of mine from Brownsville seems to think these are very appropriate Hog Island Boas.
Either way, it'll be fun watching these younguns' from Rio Bravo mature.
