Greens are the largest.

Going strictly by what's on NERD's site:

(Greens) Neonates approximately 27" - 34" /-. Females average 16 ', males average 8' - 10' adult size. Record size for the green anaconda is 37.5 feet.

(Yellows) Neonates approximately 17" - 24" /-. Females average 10 - 12', males average 6' - 8' adult size. Maximum size is 15', but yellow anacondas reaching this length are almost unheard of.
