If someone told you that a beardie was 11 inches long would that usually include his tail as well? Also would this size dragon be ok temporarily in a 20w gal tank? Thanks for any help!

Yes, if someone was to tell me the dragon was 11 inches I would assume that it was from head to tip of tail. A 20 gallon tank would hold him only for a short time before he would need a much larger tank. By that size most beardies have sharpened their hunting skills enough to be able to be put into their larger tanks and do fine.
