a little worried

i was reading another post about ri. i would imagine snakes can get it from a colder tub temp? i have had one of my tubs hit about 69 on the cool side and about 83 on the warm side a few times when my room gets cold. is this a sure ticket to ri or can i get a lucky and nothing happens??
