what would be a good food source for froglets

Hi

I will have some larvae and they will become frogs.

What can I feed the post-metamorphs that will not feed on algae or vegetation anymore? As I understand, the mouth of a larvae will change, so that they can eat insects and such. They will start to loose their tail and grow legs then arms. During this process their mouths are so small. What do I feed them?
Would the same food for larvae still be ok for these post-metamorphs? Would waxworm ot maybe little crickets might work?

Would the crickets take in calcium into their body if I fed them some type of processed food that was fortified with calcium? Wouldn't these crickets supply the needed calcium and vitamins that herps need?

Fruit flies are the main diet for frog breeders. I have raised a few toads on yellow flies, mosquitos, love bugs, and earthworms. That may sound disgusting, but it works, if the frogs will eat them. Some frogs will eat one thing, while others may have an appetite for something else. A lot of the stuff is seasonal though. So, you may have to order wingless fruit flies, small silkworms, or pinhead crickets, something along those lines.

Thank you for your replies.
If I fed the fruitflies calcium or some mineral that the frogs need, would that tranfer over to the frogs. The frogs won't take the minerals themselves, but somehow through their food. Any help.

Thanks
