Breeding question?

should i wait for the female to shed before placing the pair together? or can they be put together now?

Let her shed first then breed her next feed her, better egg production (just my opinion ).

Awesome! yeah my male 56g. female 320g . so that will give me time to put some weight on both her and him!!

I pair them up as soon as the female has her first meal out of brumation. If you wait for a shed, you can and most likely will miss her first ovulation. Most female hogs do not have a pre-ovulatory shed. Many will not shed until their pre-lay shed.

If I were you, I would start pairing them up now.

ok i put him today and they are smelling each other, pulsating i guess thats a good sign lol!!!!
