My last for the Milk-a-thon

gerryg Feb 28, 2012 04:37 PM

And surprise, surprise, it's my best girl Jade. Ed,my sub-adult male is in blue right now so he's not going to make the show. I know you've seen her before but if you don't count my daughter and granddaughter she is my best girl... thanks for her Nate.

As you can see she still likes hanging out in the open but it's made her a little too bold... the way she looks at my hands when they invade her space gives me pause but she's right as rain outside her enclosure.

A great series of posts folks and some real nice animals you have... hopefully some Jalisco's out there to be shown before February is over? Maybe someone hiding dixoni or micropholis finally want to step forward?

Nice Gerry, one day I will have some black milks just have to find some more space. Lol.

Very nice! Mine sometimes act as though they're going to take a bite out of me when I reach into their cage too, but luckily milksnake teeth are tiny compared to African rock pythons...

Ouch!

Micropholis? No comment!

Then again, guessing from the comments made about a week ago, you may know something that I don't... hmmm...

Very nice Gerry. We all have a special connection to some in our collection don't we. What a beauty. Now, can someone please lend me a milk or two----I am out of bullets.

Thankfully the African I knew was only around 6ft... Don't think I would have put my hands near the one your photo... not more than once anyway.

Gorgeous gaigeae there Gerry!

"Maybe someone hiding dixoni or micropholis finally want to step forward?"

I would strongly advise not to hold your breath on those two being posted any time soon. But while we are at it, some other subspecies could also be added to this hopeful "wish-list" too ..
