I'm not sure because I got Tempest when he was already quite big, but I do know that he was about 2 1/2 years old and 3 feet long, and his tail is shortened because of it having been broken at some point in his past. Count on him hitting a couple of feet by a year I'd think, and I believe there's an approximate growth chart with information at anapsid.org
