This girl has had three litters and is approaching her 12th birthday in a few months and she simply won't adapt to what the haters say. She's SO STUBBORN! jeez

This is one of the greatest sights of my life. A full grown boa with a big head, dark mustache, GREAT head and facial markings and a calm disposition coming right toward me.

That's good stuff right there!

Sad, but true. And I feel like it's becoming more prolific and the individuals are worse than ever. I think the anonymity of the internet has really degraded societal interactions and fostered the "troll" mentality in a lot of people. I think it's possible that these people may live their entire lives without ever knowing what happiness actually is because they just sit in front of their keyboards and spew hate all day long and let it infect every thought they have.

Oh well...

I always enjoy your posts and pictures, Jonathan. That boa is simply beautiful. To me there is no more beautiful snake than a natural BCC adult boa. Morphs are fine if that is what you like but not for me. All of my various snakes are the natural occurring ones. Bill

Awesome pics. Rose really is one of the nicest Guyanas that I have ever seen. I have to agree, retiring her after her 3rd litter was a good idea. Keeping that girl happy and healthy is all that matters. As always, thanks for sharing..
