hahaha I can tell all a ya'll real quick and easy. But there's a lot of family members that are going to want an actual phone call, and it'll take us a few days to get through them all; my wife's family is frigging huge--both her parents had 5 or 6 siblings. And they all have kids, some whom have grandkids already...
Our folks got told this morning, but I leave for Austin in a couple hours (work meeting) and Sandy'll be calling our respective siblings tonight after she gets off work, then aunts and uncles and a few closer friends will get phone calls...probably take till Thursday or Friday to let everyone know. If I set standards for ettiquite I'd just post it up on facebook right now and have done but that'd just piss off a lot of relations.

I would have to disagree to that. His life as he knew it is over. Children will certainly make you see the world through a different set of eyes.

Yeahhhhhh. Tell that to the person who loves to drop things at a moments notice and go herping. He isnt going to be able to do that anymore.
Unless we can afford a 4 bedroom house, I am not giving up my reptile room nor my bedroom. Then again I am also not giving up my travel, ability to decide at the drop of a hat I want to go somewhere and party.
Yeah, I am selfish, but I fully know that and recognize that me and children, we dont mix.
