They make great products. You do have to buy the tubs separate in many cases, but they have a link for that.
The plastic material they use is very tough. I do have RR cages, and they are very nice.
To be honest, I have tried cages from just about everyone at one point in time. All our great. What I look for in a rack is who has the rack with the box size and number of slots I need, me being a hobbyist with fewer animals who does not need 48 slots for example. I do like the RR rack for the V18 tubs - it gives me the benefit of those nice tubs but I do not have to spend a fortune on a rack holding more of those tubs than I need.
I would consider your needs then look at what is out there. For example, I needed a baby rack but really only 8 boxes max. I looked around, and Boaphile offered a 10-slot baby rack for a very nice price while most others baby racks start at 16 slots. The Boaphile baby rack is a fantastic rack. So are racks from the other mfgrs. It is not one rack was better than the others, it is simply that the right size I needed was there and the price reflected the lower number of slots.
Thanks for response. I was wondering whether any one else had bought from this company and had the same issue I have had on the two units I have bought from them. Thanks- Mark
