help me identify the type of boa i have!

cpearson Mar 20, 2012 04:42 PM

Im a python girl but someone gave me a red tail boa and said they thought it might be a morph. It doesn't matter to me either way but I like to know everything I can about my snakes. Could anyone help me figure out if shes just a typical red tail or anything else. She seems lighter in color to me than most boas ive looked up thats what leads me to believe there is a possibility of it.

I would say most likely it is a common Colombian type Boa although
that tail sure is bright reddish orange.

That color reminds me of BWC Boas but I'm quite certain it's not
a BWC just a good looking Colombian
