DUDE!!!!!!! that pissed me off seeing Ignorance of such magnitude. I wrote the station an e-mail.....

Hello my name is Raymond Shue from Arlington Texas. I am an avid snake enthusiast, owning multiple breeds. I am sorry to say that the "DEADLY" Snake found in that pool, was miss-represented as a "Water Moccasin". Although there are "Water Moccasins" found in those areas, this snake unfortunately, was not a "Water Moccasin", It was in-fact a "HARMLESS" Eastern Hognose Snake, which are found all over Southeast Texas.
So as a citizen, dependent on the News Media giving us all the facts, there should be a statement and apology as to the mistake your station has made.

Sincerely,

Raymond Shue

Because of people like this it's a wonder all snakes are not banned or killed

I also wrote an email. Doubt they will do anything to fix the story.
