I keep being recommended that I set up a rack breeding system to breed my leopards and I've got a question regarding the average sizes (in gallons) you would recommend for hatchlings, juveniles, solitary adults, and breeding colonies? Thanks.

Racks don't really use gallon containers/aquariums, they use plastic rubbermaid tubs that are usually measured in quarts. I'll give you some of the common sizes.
Adults (colonies) : 28-30qt "Sweater Box"
Adults (single) : 12-16qt
Babies/Juvies (single) : 5.7qt
Of course there are other sized tubs, but I'd have to say those are the most commonly used.
