I have a question. I walked into seeing my male and female locked up. Walked back in and they are separated but the males' business is still out. Is this normal, could there be an injury, should I give it time? Thanks

Ok it's back in (hah) but he does have a bit of blood on his mouth. Internal bleeding, rough sex- common? Give him a rest?
Twix and my first clutch more important than health of snake? Nice
never had this problem so cannot really offer advice other than get a vet to check him over.
Thanks. He seems ok and with another female now,
Sounds like the female got nervous and pulled away from the male when you checked on them. Sounds normal.
I think they might have just finished when I walked in. Seems fine now. Nice box of snakes.
