Just bought at Eheim 2028

Haven't been here in a while, but I just bought a used Eheim 2028 off eBay from a guy in Singapore. He was using it for his fish, but needed to upgrade.

I think I got a really good deal on it. Didn't want to pay full retail from Drs. Foster & Smith.com.

I have a ton of questions.

1) What media do I need to buy?
2) How often to change the media and do a complete water change/tank cleaning/filter cleaning?
3) How to avoid turtle legs from being sucked up into the intake tube (to prevent drowning)?

I'm very excited not to have to do complete water changes twice a week. I'm sure my water bill will like it better too!

Vanessa

It's 75 gallons roughly. It's really a Sterilite container. A very big one.
