One week, one day

gerryg Apr 08, 2012 05:47 PM

It's all I could resist... when I turned on the lights this morning Trinity was up and about just waiting to be photographed, perched just as high as she can get...

And not 15 minutes later as low as you can go...

I'm going to try and resist for two week and 2 days since I do know I'm reading too much into her behavior... still I can't help but wonder why her, and the female polyz behavior, has changed so much since their enclosures have been redecorated... always a good reason for everything, just need to figure out what that reason is!

Thanks Joe... tried telling myself not to post any more shots of the girls exploring(there can be too much of a good thing) but when I turned on the lights and there Trinity was... posing... waiting... what could I do?

Thanks for heath comment as well... always nice to have a second opinion that I'm doing right by them.

I agree, keep posting pics! That way I can enjoy yours and don't have to buy one myself. LOL

despite how it may seem it's not the abnorma I'm posting pictures of... the pictures are of a particular milk snake making use of what she seems to think is a pretty good hide... it just happens to be the abnorma doing it. It's obvious I think it's pretty cool she believes being out in the open and peeking out from behind a few leaves is all the security blanket she needs at times. Hopefully she continues to believe so.

Anyway, her she is again... picture is from this morning, probably out just to satisfy your "request" for more pictures Jimmy. She actually stayed there for about 45 minutes after the lights came on... might have been longer but I left for work with her still perched up there.

Gerry, you can post pics of your Hondo, abnorma, or black milk anytime. I currently don't keep any of those except a trio of hypo hondos. So post'em if you have them so I don't buy them just to appreciate them. I can appreciate yours just as well.
