dan_binderup Apr 10, 2012 12:41 PM

Hi.
I just recently got a breeding par of BRB's. I have been away from the hobby almost 10 years, so I am very excited.
me terrarium is 48x22x20 heatet with a heatmat 28w
I keep 73 in the cool end (is this to cold?) and 88 on the hot spot.
This is by far the biggest pair I have ever seen.
The female is pushing 2 meter and almost 7" i diameter at her widest. the last 3 years she have had 27-30 babies each time.
here is a pic. of the female

Hi.
thanks for the kind words. I am going to cool the at the end of this year, so she is indeed going to get the year off. Also I think that the stress of moving would put out breeding anyway.

best regards

That is a BIG BRB, but nothing outrageous!! I have a few adult females who are that size and with I'd assume 6-7 inch diameters at their widest points! What part of the country are you in, and do you know how old this pair is?
