Yea, its fine, but you need at least two more...you want the UV to cover the entire top of the aquarium, not just a part, so that they have unlimited access to it.
Also, they can only recieve benefit from the bulb if its within 18" of them...so you might want to keep that in mind.
Good luck!

Well i have a PowerSun
UV on one side of the cage and the long 18" light that i have is just a Fluorescent light.
That light will work but I would put an 18 inch Reptisun 5.0 or maybe a Desert 7.0 bulb in that fixture. Take the plastic cover off if you do, though. Otherwise it will filter out the beneficial UV rays.
With the way your tank is decorated I don't think you will have to worry about your lizard getting burnt by the exposed bulb.

You have a Fluorescent and I can see heat light, are one of them UVB?
Also, you need the Fluorescent if it is UVB, aimed down, where the dragons are and closer to them, pointing at the front of the tank will not get any UVB to them.
UVB Tubes do not have much UVB output to begin with and they diminish fast and are exhausted by 6 months, with a big drop after 3-4 months. You also would need it covering a larger area, that appears it is not where they are basking at. SO if I where you I woudl also supplement with Calcium with D3 to make up for it regularly
the regular fluorescent is fine for light intensity at the opposite end. However, I can't see any thermometers in your pic, so I'm hoping you have a digital in there somewhere & have acheived the proper temps. Your setup looks great!

I must be missing it... I did not read that or see one in that picture? MAybe an old post?
saw a powersun that could sit on the top of the tank, usually even in the larger domes they extend beyound the dome and have to be suspended in the air
