Yea man!!!! I can feel eggs and she likes to bite when I do. I counted 10 possibly more if she would stop chewing on my arm I might be able to count more. We'll see, in a couple of weeks. Looks like she is starting her shed cycle now.

How did it become gravid if its the only getula in your collection?

I guess I should have said my only pair of getula in my collection. I forgot there are people that would breed it to a garter snake,Lol.

Thanks! I do too, was the only kind I liked for a long time. Until I saw this one. There's the one I have been holding out on. I like how the black encroaches up the lateral on the yellow bands.

Oh yeah, those are awesome. They have black bellies too.

Do you know anyone that breeds them? I have been searching but just haven't been able to find any....

No, I have no idea. The guys that find them and post pictures never say anything about breeding them. Not all of them are perfectly banded like that. They range from banded to completely aberrant in the same clutch. 99% of the time, its the females that are banded like that. And not all are white. I have one on my website that is a light tan instead of white. I think the white is nicer, though.

Yeah, the same gene in this black belly is used in those. Very similar looking.
