If I breed a normal Central American Boa female with a Jungle Colombian Red Tail male, what will I get?

Most likely dark, drab looking 50/50 intergrades with half of them being Jungles.
Sounds like a waste of time to me, but to each there own. I personally wouldn't waste my time mixing in the CA blood unless the CA had something good to offer (like T , Blood, Anery, etc.)

Pictures of the two you plan on breeding would be cool.
