boa and balls in the same rack

snakemansam Apr 26, 2012 01:19 PM

Anybody do this? I dont mean an adult boa of unknown origin..
I mean a baby from a known and trusted breeder. I know I cant cross contaminate the bowls, etc.. but whats the difference if its the same room or same rack?

Don't they have different temperature requirements?

I have boas and ball pythons in the same rack.

I haven't noticed any issues at all. I've had my breeding facility set up like this for the last 8 years.

Best of luck with your animals.

I have always done it. I breed Corns, Balls, and Boas in the same 8 by 10 room no problems. I have even had them all in the same rack that was homemade. I just dont have heat for the Corns they just go in the top tubs.
