Just wondering what you guys do... brumate or no. If you do, at what temps and for how long, if not, your thoughts on this please.
I've talked to breeders of hoggies, and kings that do not, just wondering what you guys think.

I brumate my pituophis from November to February. I also keep pyromelana and my cabin gets pretty cold at night during the winter, so all my snakes are brumated in the 45F to 55F range. They make babies so I guess this works.

Keeping cats allows man to cohabitate with tigers. Keeping reptiles allows man to cohabitate with dinosaurs.
put mine down in November and pulled them out March 1st. I live in Florida and can only get my chamber down to the low 60s.
Some snakes have been known to go without brumation. If you WANT to breed them, brumation is a good ideal. Ive never bred pits, i do have a pair of het gophers that will go next year and i fully plan on brumating from thanksgiving to late February with my kings. If this works out well, I'll keep the same practice.
