Bloody Sunset Litter

marc_n May 20, 2012 12:23 PM

This morning our female hypo hog delivered an amazing litter after 103 days POS. She was bred to another hypo hog with the intention of producing sunsets.

There was also a very slim chance they were het for Blood, amazingly both proved out today & we have been lucky enough to produce Bloody sunsets too!!

Wow that is a kool Combo congrats ! . . . . I still believe Hog Isle is some type of T Pos Gene . . . . . .

When you breed them back together like this you end up with some
extremely pale very light animals.

Great looking litter. It is always great to see this cross. The one with the white eyes may be a sunset blood boa.
Congratulations on hitting the odds.

I cant wait for them all to slough, I'll post some pics on here whan they do.

I have produced a few litters of hypo Hogs from the grandparents of this litter & its always incredible how their colours develop as the grow.

Heres a pic of a 2008 male (sire of this litter) when he was 1 year old, with a new born 2007 hypo hog from the same parents.
