Comparison Paradise Prodigy Pics

boaphile May 24, 2012 09:16 AM

Some comparison shots of the new kiddies with their yearling cousins:

Here is the first shot I took of them after putting a bunch of them in a drawer on Aspen hoping they would quit trying to escape. LOL

A Prodigy yearling with a Jungle Paradise:

and another.

The tail sneaking out of this picture of the premiere Paradise baby from 2011. The baby at the bottom on the shot nearest =that tail is a Paradise and the others are Jungle Paradise Boas.

It is really difficult to get a good picture of a bunch of Boas together. They were all liquid motion and were not at all interested in posing for me. I liked this shot.

Going from left to right there are several Jungle Paradise, then a single Paradise right next to the yearling Paradise and a Prodigy toward to bottom of this shot.

And another shot of them a minute or so later.

Oh and one last shot of a Jungle Paradise baby with a darker yearling Prodigy. The darker ones seem to have more red influence. I like them and the crazy tail color especially.

why my mouth was watering at tinley last year. That paradise is a WICKED looking boa! Definately one of my favorites, I need to get my hands on one of those someday!

Awesome stuff Jeff!

That's a Kool comparison. The Prodigy's themselves have a very "Junglesque / Jungle type" appearance about them

If you look at them you can sort it out and figure out a Jungle Prodigy
from a soon in the future to be Jungle Prodigy.

The Jungle Paradise Boas are very pretty, can't wait to watch them
develop in their own unique way !

I really appreciate the comparison shots. I can only speak for myself, but it's tough to compare them when I've never seen any of these types in person!

Thanks a lot. They're stunning.

How about that I thought we were only looking at Prodigy from 2010-2011 season compared with
Jungle Paradise from 2012 a recent litter in 2012 here.

It's obvious as I look at this image that this color and reverse stripe are unmistakeable.

That is a Paradise Boa from the 2011 season . . . . . .

That particular animal has many many details in common with several of the Jungle Boas we see posted . . . . . .
