veiled in 38 gal

chamsrcool Oct 04, 2003 10:30 PM

you guys think a veiled could live in a 38 reptarium?

i think its too small...but it is all i have right now.(dont have the cham yet)

Im used to jacksons but i would like a veiled now and ihave some questions

how many large adult crickets will it eat each day minimum.

My Main question is if i get a little one will he get used to me and allow me to at least get him out of the cage to clean? i am used to jackson which will never bite you just run from your hand.

A 38 gallon is what i kept my baby veileds in. If you dont have a bigger cage, and dont plan on getting one,i wouldnt buy the cham if i were you. As far as aggressiveness goes,it depends on the cham. I have a little female who will kill me if i even reach my hand in with her. I have another female who doesnt mind being picked up a bit.
