Email Jeff Ronne, he believes there is no such thing as IBD
he can fill you in on his working knowledge of the issue.
He never did get it posted to the Black Hole as promised so there isn't a link
to be forwarded or shared.

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:
