i only used those "night lights" with my dart tanks during the winter as a source a heat (24/7). When it's not winter (or frigid) my tanks are under 4 foot shoplights.
...in my experience, there have been no detrimental effects on my darts, including "blue Jeans"

i do not like the moonlight bulbs. I use the red night heat. I found that the moonlight lamps affected the night time behavior of my geckos, so i stopped using them. i found to maintain the heat eventhough the moonlight ones look cool they were too bright and the nocturnal geckos did not eat as well. the red lights seem to create the right amount of heat without disturbing nighttime behavior.
