Albino nelsoni

DISCERN Jun 04, 2012 10:54 PM

My third oldest snake. He will be turning 13 this year.

IMO, albino nelsoni are the coolest, most beautiful, and striking albino milks out there. You can have several that look different than one another.

Love these guys, and it is a miracle I do not own more than one!!

Produced by Tom Harbin, he is a 1999 male.

I agree. They are the most beautiful snake in the hobby. They also make the best pet (in my opinion) they are "more sturdy" than corn snakes and their smaller size makes them more convenient to keep than Honduran milks (I have plenty of corns and Hondurans, so I don't have anything against either). They are also "less bitey" than kings. I have a male that I bought in 1994 that's still an enthusiastic breeder.

Those are incredible specimens Tim!! Their colors are simply outstanding!!!

Mine has been a complete joy to own. Calm, gentle, and awesome to watch him grow.

Wow that is a really nice one. I like the deep red and yellow on that guy.

I used to work with those too but got away from them. I agree with you those are the nicest albino milks out there.

He is a beauty. You must be slipping, if you don't have any females!!! Really you can enjoy him more with no distraction.

If there was any milk I would ever breed, they would be it.

Thank you sir!

You know, I don't remember. I think it was after he was an adult. The yellows and whites basically replaced each other in those bands.

Then again, since those are ruthveni, could be some differences in that aspect. Shrug?

Wow! I had no idea they yellowed up like that! I've been passing those up at shows & shops for years never knowing what I was missing. I want one!

Price wise, you could not have asked for a better time to get one!!

They truly are awesome to own, and seriously, it has taken a lot of strength for me to NOT buy any more! LOL!!

You should get one. If you like albino milks, there are none out there any better, IMO.
