I am glad to help if I can - it is horrible to see a animal fade away feeling so helpless and know nothing why it is apparently losing life...it is horrible, no other words come to mind. Ive been there, and the guilt I have for animals that died of natural causes or my fault still haunt me, even decade or more later....it is the hard lessons that we learn that instill upoin us to learn more, regretfully....

I have also had experience using Simple Green cleaning solution and found it to be neurotoxic to herps even in low concentrations. I am not the only person to experience this. The species confirmed to succumb to this were v. doreanus, P. brongersmai, and numerous semi-aquatic and aquatic herps such as caiman and snapping turtles. The initially symptoms are lethargy then increase in severity to loss of motor functions in the limbs and head. The symptoms progress to organ failure and subsequent death. I recommend checking to cleaning solutions used to make sure nothing new has been used within the last two months.
