OK. I got the parents from Bluerosy. Beautiful snakes.

Female was hypo, poss het axanthic, poss het peanut butter
Male was axanthic, poss het hypo, poss het peanut butter.

Female laid a huge clutch nearly 80 days ago, and I was giving up on it; the whoel center of it was covered in fungus. But I checked todya and there's some babies out, some pipping.
Here's what's out so far:

I have no idea what traits those two are expressing though, given the genetics. ANyone?

I am not the person to answer your question. But they are gorgeous! I am anxious to find out too.

Well that's weird. A hypo to axanthic huh!

Take some pics of them after shed. It is hard to tell on neonate Floridas what they are before shed. Then after they shed the melanin comes in.

What it looks like is the first pic of the lavender looking one is a male Peanut Butter and the 3 dark ones are female PB's. Which means they all would be PB def het for ghost.

Check to see the sexes if I am right. If not, we you will have to wait and see after they shed.

I will when they're all out. I've still got a handful just pipping and some eggs not even doing that. It was originally 17 eggs but at least 4-5 of them are shot with massive red fungus. I'm relieved to even get this many...

Ya that is a big clucth. You still came out real well.
Can't wait to see what else comes out. I wonder if you get any ghost, hypos or axanthics! Basically want to see if the hypo and axanthic pos shared either gene with each other or just the PB. Either way the odds of you getting PB's are great from pos hets.

I misspoke; it was the hypo het axanthic poss het (now definite het) pb female and the normal, possible het hypo, poss het axanthic, poss heat PB male.

The heads poking out look either normal or peanut buttery to me so far but that's all I can see. For a het to het breeding, getting as many visuals as I did is rather astonishing.

as hatchlings in 2009 or 2010. I can't remember for sure. the normal's turned into a real stunner; I can't believe the age related changes.

Disclaimer: I do keep several snakes in pairs, and some in groups. However I realize that things can go wrong, and I have to keep a close eye on those groups, to be sure they are not being adversely affected by these living conditions. Also if one happens to eat it's cagemate, it is 100% my fault, and I know the risks in advance!
