OT Iron Maiden concert and red milks

Dniles Jun 24, 2012 10:16 AM

Are there any Maiden fans out there? I know there are. I just saw them openining night on their tour and it was one of the best concerts I have ever seen. They played only two songs after 1988 so it was almost all their old stuff. If you ever were a maiden fan back growing up like I was, you need to catch them on this tour.

Ok, to keep on topic, let's see if you can find all 6 heads in each pic...

there are 6 here too...

I did not see them but my son in NC saw them in Charlotte on Thursday. He called me afterwards and said it was a great concert. And Alice Cooper opened for them so I asked if he brought a big python out on stage with him but I guess not.

How old is Alice Cooper? He looked old when I was a young man and I'm 54 now.

Very nice looking milks also.

I was at the Charlotte show too. I missed most of Alice's act but saw the end. I didn't see any big snake either. You're right he must be in his late 60's at least!!!

Alice always looked old to me too, but I think it was just his rough life. He is definately old now though, lol. He is also featured in Johnny Depps latest Vampire movie. I thought it was funny, cause Johnny says, That is the ugliest woman I have ever seen, lol!!!

Disclaimer: I do keep several snakes in pairs, and some in groups. However I realize that things can go wrong, and I have to keep a close eye on those groups, to be sure they are not being adversely affected by these living conditions. Also if one happens to eat it's cagemate, it is 100% my fault, and I know the risks in advance!

I absolutely love that band!

They simply do not stop creating wonderful albums. Their last album, The Final Frontier, is just magnificent! Dave, go pick that one up if you have not yet!

You will be hard pressed to find much better musicians than those guys. Everyone in that group is a master of their craft.

You need to goto this concert then! You won't be disappointed!!

flintdiver Jun 25, 2012 09:19 AM

Dave the milks are eye candy !
Did you catch the Maiden documentary, Flight 666 ? It's a great concert/behind the scenes look at the band. I dvr it and watch it alot. They are one of my favorite bands.

Dniles Jun 26, 2012 05:41 PM

Hey Paul,

I did see that documentary. it is awesome.

Did the hypo red eggs make it? All I got from females that bred with that male that bred with your red were slugs.

Dave

I am also a fan of those Red's Dave! I wish I was in a better position to get a pair this year. Maybe next year!

I'm a huge Maiden fan. Saw them on the "Somewhere in Time" tour in, I think 1987 or 1988.

Nice red milks!

Dniles Jun 25, 2012 09:43 PM

Nice Rob. You should see them this tour also they were great.

Good to see you still hanging around the milk forum. You been finding many Ltt's this year?

Dave

Hi Dave. I try to drop in every so often. Found two large eastern milk adults in my garage this spring (late April). One was the same male that I found last fall. The other I'm guessing is his girlfriend. No others since. I think they den up in my foundation in the winter and then head to the woods come spring to eat and then return to the den to lay eggs in the mid summer. I usually see the hatchlings in fall (mid to late September).

Here's another eastern milk story: I got a phone call from a nearby animal control officer saying that somebody in her town caught a small burmese python in their backyard and she wanted to know if I could take it. After a few questions about it's size and behavior I asked her if she had a photo. She sent me the photo and sure enough it was an eastern milk snake. I told her to tell the family to release the snake back into the wood near their home. If we had a ton of native snakes in Mass. I could forgive the officer for not being familiar with the species but there are really only a handful of snake species you generally see around here. Glad she called me.

Dniles Jun 26, 2012 05:39 PM

too funny Rob! Glad the snakes still use your basement as a den!! Jealous too!

Hey Dave, I've been working non-stop the last two months but check in here every now and again.
I've gotta chime in a here and say, wow nice clutch of reds. Love the head cap on the syspila with its head away from the camera. Pure red head with out a bar across its nose, love that!

P.S

Dell you must have been sleeping through that discussion of music on Cody's front porch in April!

Glad to see you hanging around the forum. Stop working so hard!

Is so damn intense! Very nice clutch of snakes, Dave. It's been a good year for you!

I can appreciate the Maiden. I'm not hard-core, but I can appreciate it.

Sorry it's taken so long to reply (formally) here on the forum - shizzle's been crazy busy.
