How do I know when my Pacman has had enough food?

I usually feed my Pacman 1 medium sized cricket or an earthworm every to everyother day? is that too much/too little?

Ops, sorry. It's quite young, I would say about 2 inches.

A 2 inch pacman will eat about 5 crickets every 2 to 3 days.

medium to large. Crickets that haven;t mature are easier to digest.
