the most common used basic setup is paper towels,2 hides one on each end, humid hide, water and food bowl. depending how big your setup is depends what you can cram in there but all that stuff easily fits a 20g. humid hides are usually anything plastic with a cutout then filled with paper towels or moss then wet to a just damp state.

Single baby leos do better in smaller enclosures, it can be hard for them to find and catch their food in a large enclosure. They do best in a sterilite shoebox, and if you use a tank, nothing larger than a ten gallon. Paper towel as sustrate, humid hide on warm side, and preferably 2 dry hides, one on warm and one on cool. For a hatchling, a dry hide can be something as simple as a lipstick or other smal cosmetics box. They will feel safest is a smaller, opaque hide that is not too tall (close the their back).

I'm keeping my baby in a sterlite shoebox (88 cents at Wal-Mart), with a humid hide made out of one of those plastic 100 mealworm count containers and a dry hide made from the smallest size butter container. I also use a little clear plastic dish. It's about the size of a petri dish, but it's actually the lid to a bead container. He's able to see the mealworms and walk right into the dish to get them.
