Stuarti Clutches

Lundberg Jul 07, 2012 06:29 PM

Really appreciated all the positive comments on my last Stuarti post and thought I would share a quick update. As it turns out both females dropped four perfect eggs each and After two weeks of incubation, they're looking great.

Congrats Chad... twice!

I'm surprised to see just how large/long some eggs can be... probably not much more room in her for more than four eggs like that.

I find myself in one of the few instances where I'm envious... can't wait for the year when I finally have a pair of snakes old enough to breed... perhaps next year with my Black milks.

Congrats again... hope you take the time to show us some hatchlings later on.

congrats...you should enjoy stuart's....I bred them years ago...they bred well...good size clutches, good sized eggs and babies...and most would always eat well....

...had a young one get out in car on way to show once...100 degrees out that week....it was in the trunk like 5 or so days later just rolled up laying there in the middle of nothing...way too hot I thought for it...he was fine......

good luck with it all.....
