Do you think I hit the pastave axanthic?

deron Jul 10, 2012 10:32 AM

Now that they have shed and have had a few meals, I am almost certain that I hit on the pastave axanthic, but I would still like to get a few eyes on the clutch and see what some of you think. This is what I think is going on. The bottom one is the pastave axanthic, the one above is an axanthic, the one above that one is a mojave axanthic, and the one to the left is a lemon axanthic. That is my guess, how about some more opinions. Have any of you produced these yet? I would like to check it out and compare. I seen the one on the World Of Ball Pythons page, it looks like a sub-adult. I don't know... One thing for sure is, they look pretty darn good. Thanks for your help on this.

After you compare the Axanthic lemon to the Ax. Mojave. I was looking for an indication on the head as I haven't produced any Pastaves but imagined their heads to be more blushed out. The Pastel VPI Ax I produced this year is almost white like the two in your picture leading me to believe you did hit it, you dirty dog you.....congrats regardless but I'm thinking yes
