breeding exotic snakes is not considered to be agriculture according to current legal definitions and the new resolution says, "NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED..., that would undermine the livelihood of agricultural producers."

They are still free to do things that undermine reptile breeders and we may be even bigger targets if they can't go after "agricultural producers."

It's a start... When the HSUS & PITA are defeated it is a good thing in my book. The fight never ends but it's nice to see a victory no matter how small.

Doesn't surprise me, those are sensible folk. I just don't understand what the heck happened to Minnesota. Can't believe a bunch of Californians moved there like they did to Colorado.
