Are Uromastyx Maliensis forbidden in europe?

Here in europe they are difficult to see so i was wondering if the export of maliensis could be forbidden. Thank you

Where are you in Europe?

I live in England. They certainly aren't common, but they are occasionally to be seen. I have one sub-adult male (pictured below), and I have been looking for a female for ages.
Acanthinurus is more common over here than in the U.S. and the maliensis is more common over there than here.
