Will they eat the mosquito larvae? or vice versa?

That's a good question, I do not know. I just got in trouble for using my wife's turkey baster to suck them out. I will try it with wild eggs/tadpoles one of these days.

I don't think either will eat the other. The tadpoles will eat vegetation, and algae. They should eat fish flakes. I don't know what the Mosquito larvae eat?

Disclaimer: I do keep several snakes in pairs, and some in groups. However I realize that things can go wrong, and I have to keep a close eye on those groups, to be sure they are not being adversely affected by these living conditions. Also if one happens to eat it's cagemate, it is 100% my fault, and I know the risks in advance!

What percentage of those would you expect to raise successfully to frog?

You ever have the time I'd be interested in finding out just what types of frogs and turtles you work with.

Little pic of my versiclor. Put some small potted ivy in his tank last year... they kind of took over... but it does make him more active during feeding time... he has to hunt things down in all that mess.

Shoot me a email, Gerardzs@yahoo.com. This is the enclosure the cubanos are in.

The ones next to them are albino red eyes, those I have down already.
Talk to you later.

Thanks man, it's a little of both. It started as my hobby and has evolved to a business.

just found this on facebook.

Check this out! This photo was taken on the Pine River in Florence County WI. It is believed to be a juvenile green frog. It may be what they call leucistic (yellow) which is a defect in the skin's pigment. The shape is not quite like a leopard frog and the small irregular dots are typical of the green frog.

The eggs already started hatching, they're wiggling around and all. I can't believe how quick that was. Look in the center of the first pic, you can see one really good.

I guess they are suited to take advantage of rain puddles which can dry fast.
