just two days ago i was asking if i should cut my eggs well glad everyone told me to wait the first egg to pip was a bumble bee. now my next question is can they stay in that incubation tub a day or two after they have completely come out of there egg or should they be removed as soon as they come out? thanks for all your input!

Again speaking anecdotally, I left them in there. After all had pipped, I cleaned out the same tub, lined it in wet paper towels, and set the eggs on that. When they all emerged I removed the shells, replaced the paper towels with clean wet ones, and left them in there until they shed.

Actually, I don't have the rack I was supposed to have for when these guys arrived, so they are STILL in the incubator in their own little 6 qt containers with a light on (just to give them daylength) and they are eating and growing quite happily

Its a good way to go - when they come out wash - them off - give them a quick exam - stick them all back in a clean tub with damp paper towels and a water dish and put them back in the incubator. After their shed set them up separately and start feeding.
