Relaxing on the couch....

with one of my favorite snakes. This Sulfur King's colors are very hard to accurately capture in pics, but these came out pretty close to true color.

Disclaimer: I do keep several snakes in pairs, and some in groups. However I realize that things can go wrong, and I have to keep a close eye on those groups, to be sure they are not being adversely affected by these living conditions. Also if one happens to eat it's cagemate, it is 100% my fault, and I know the risks in advance!

Thanks Billy! Seems like I don't get very much time to do that these days.

My larger snakes get rats. Now that he is about full grown, he doesn't eat as much as you might think. This guy is even larger cause I thought he was a she, and I've been trying to get eggs out of him for 2 years, lol. Really stupid on my part. I just assumed from the beginning it was a female, cause that's what I was told. I could have bred him to his sister, but I bred her to a Jelly. I figured I didn't need two clutches of Sulfur Lavenders, and now I get none! Till next year anyway.

Love the colors on that one, Jorge. That's about as nice as they get, IMO.

Thanks Ross, it is one of my favorites, and he is so calm. He has never mistaken me for food, like he is smart enough to know the difference.
