Same pairing as last year. This is the clutch that wasn't supposed to happen. I stuck the female in with the male on the 28th of February while cleaning her drawer. No one was hibernated, as I had not planned on breeding them this year. Went to put her back after about 10 minutes, and found them locked up. On May 12th, I got this.

She laid on the same day as last year, despite being bred almost exactly one month earlier. So here we are, at a month old, shed and fed.

Nice variable clutch again with a range of colors and patterns. Many have lateral striping, and that last one seems to be the only one that got dad's speckles. I'll do an update on their holdback yearling siblings soon.
