Two dads in one clutch!!!!!!

dycyple Aug 07, 2012 06:53 AM

Needless to say I am excited. Nothing fancy just put a pinstripe and a pastel in with a normal and out came 2pastels, 1pin, 2 normals!

Since two dads can father the same clutch is it possible that the genes from the two can mix? Example a (pastelXpin) from a normal female? I don't like using the term lemon blast because its not a lemon pastel.

No!

No. There can be two fathers to the clutch, but two fathers cannot father the same baby.

Nope. One sperm per egg, just like people.
