is this stuff safe to use?

My father and i are making a 'river' through a 29gal tank out of plexi-glass. my question is about what to use to glue the sides and bottom together. we have this silicone adhesive sealant than works good but don't know if its safe to use. its called Clear RTV. and help or suggestion will be greatly apprieciated!!

I don't know, but no adhesive works on plexi glass. You have to use a solvent like dichloromethane to bond it together. Silicone will come apart after about a week.

Silicone is a no go on plastics. It's only good on glass.
